Take just any field or sector and you can find that working these days in a mindfully manner has become very tough for the workers. These workers are also humans and they have to deal with heavy work load and a fast paced lifestyle on a daily basis. These aspects are what also making them less productive. Stress, anxiety and depression like issues have become more common these days for the workers. And when these issues arise, workers cannot even work properly. So, to eliminate these issues, mindfulness in the workplace is something that must be considered now. Working mindfully can also eliminate several other problems. Due to the lack of mindfulness, accidents are occurring. Despite the safety measures are taken, accidents occur at the workplaces till date.
